Chubby, short grey-haired woman (I’m 95% sure it was female) is so outraged by the “racism” of the TEA Party movement, she has found the need to express that in a mixture of upper and lowercase letters in black marker on a white sheet of paper taped haphazardly into the rear windshield of her car. Taken in Hunt Valley, MD.
